MARAŠTINA 2022 – akacia

Completely identical wine to Maraština 2022, except that it was aged for 8 months in 500 liter acacia barrels. Precisely because of this, this wine has acquired a unique character of freshness and primary aroma, such as the aroma of green apples. The acacia barrel very gently transferred a great added value to this wine, so that the wine seems like a totally different wine from the original Maraština 2022, which was aged in stainless steel tanks. Although this is a completely dry wine due to the influence of the acacia barrel, one gets the impression that it could also be a semi-dry variety. This is exactly why it goes well with sweeter dishes and, for example, creamy cakes.
